We have had a couple of painting projects in Kamloops that has had an amazing effect of modernizing the home. In particular, brick and stucco, when sprayed with paint, can really transform into an incredibly new and rich design theme. We can also do this at a fraction of the cost of what it would cost to reinstall new siding on the home, and it’s a much faster process!
For masonry surfaces, we use latex paint, which allows the surface below to breathe. If a painter were to use an oil-based product, the homeowner would likely notice paint issues in the coming years. The extreme seasonality we get here in Kamloops. In the Summer it can be +40 and in the Winter in can dip as low as -20… a large spread to say the least!
